Authorisation failed

Otherwise known as Error Code 401 ...

There's two main possibilities. One is that you aren't a member, in which case you need to join

The second possibility is that you are a member, and something went wrong. Here's the things that I find are most often the problem.

Problem	Solution
You mis-typed your password	Try again
You didn't type in all lower case	Try again
You forgot your username	Email me at webmaster@terasgym.com, identify yourself, I'll email you back
You forgot your password	Email me at webmaster@terasgym.com, identify yourself, I'll email you back
It used to work and now it doesn't	Did the credit card number you gave me expire? Email me.
Some other problem	Email me.

Identifying yourself

If you need to contact me to ask me something, I need to work out who you are. If you can't give me a username or password, then give me something else I can search on, something you typed in when you filled in your application, such as your name, your address, the email address you gave then. Also, give me the last six digits of your credit card number, so I can check that.

You can email me at webmaster@terasgym.com. If you do, make sure your return email address works, otherwise you might never hear back from me! For example, if your mailbox is full, I have no way to get in touch with you.
