A big thank you to my fans all over the world that have been with me from the beginning and to new fans that are just discovering me now! Female bodybuilding is more competitive than ever and your support and encouragement helps keep me going, literally—as in your donations help fund my trips to competitions, including the NPC Nationals Bodybuilding Championships.
Believe me, it’s a lot of work to get to my competition weight, which is around 113 to 115 lbs. Over the years, I’ve refined my workout. As a female bodybuilder, my goal is to look strong and feminine. I like to hit the weights with certain intensity. It’s more efficient. And I like to go as heavy and hard as I can all the time, every time. I don’t mess around.
I train 364 days for those 10 minutes on stage, where I’m competing against the top female bodybuilders from around the country. And the moment I step off the stage, I’m planning for the next bodybuilding championship. It takes a lot of willpower, and perseverance as this sport becomes more and more competitive every year, but you know I won’t give up until I’ve given my very best.
